1. How to order

① Put the product in the cart.

Select the product and quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" button.

* If you have a choice of length and size, please specify.

② Confirm the contents of the cart and select the payment method.

Please check the information and quantity of the selected products and the total price of the products.

* To cancel a product, click "Delete" on the right of the product information.

* If you are paying by bank transfer, credit card, or Shopify Payment, please check "Pay on this site", if you are paying by Amazon Pay, please check "Pay with Amazon Pay".

③ Input about delivery

Please select "home" or "other than home" as the delivery address and enter the information.

④ Input about payment

You can choose a payment method from bank transfer, credit card, Shopify payment, and Amazon Pay.

* If you have a specific date or time for delivery, please enter it in the remarks column.

⑤ Confirm order details

Please check the entered information, order items and total amount.

After confirming everything, click the "Confirm Order" button.

⑥ Order completed

An order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.

* Products are sold at the same time as the store.

Your order will be confirmed when you receive an order completion email from us. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Size

・Product measurements are in millimeters.

・Some errors may occur depending on the product. Please allow 0.1-0.3mm error.

3. About wrapping

The purchased product will be carefully packed and delivered in a ROUQUE or IRIS PARURE original package.

4. About delivery

The ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

*On the shipping date, we will send a shipping completion email to the registered email address.

* Ordered products will be delivered by the promised delivery date.

[About specifying the delivery date and time]

You can specify the delivery date and time when placing an order. Basically, the dates and times that you can specify are as follows.

Morning, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-21:00

*Valuable items cannot be picked up at convenience stores.

* Arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, etc.

You can choose the specified date from the shortest delivery date, plus 5 days.

Please fill in the remarks column of the order screen.

*We do not ship during year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, winter holidays, temporary holidays, etc. Please note.

Products that are in stock (regular products) will be shipped within 5 business days from the day following the order date.

Ordered items that are not in stock will be manufactured after payment has been received, and usually take about 6 weeks to be delivered.

If you would like to specify the delivery date of the ordered product, please contact us using the inquiry form.

If there is a delay in delivery due to various circumstances, ROUQUE customer service will contact you.

In addition, it may take longer than usual when orders are concentrated, depending on the delivery area and road conditions.

[About change of delivery date]

We are very sorry, but in order to prevent incorrect shipping, we cannot accept changes to the delivery date after purchasing the product at the ROUQUE online shop.

After the product has been shipped, we will send you a “shipment completion email”.

If you wish to check the status of your package or change the delivery information, please check the tracking number provided in the email and contact Yamato Transport directly.

Domestic shipping is free for all products.

For overseas shipping, the shipping fee varies depending on the country.

We will deliver the ordered products to Japan and overseas.

[Confirmation of delivery status]

Regarding the delivery status of the product after it has been shipped, we will send an e-mail to the registered e-mail address from our company on the shipping date.

Please have the 12-digit inquiry number listed in the email handy, and you can check it from the baggage inquiry service on the Yamato Transport website.

5. Payment method

・About bank transfer

This is a method of transferring money from a customer's bank account to our company's designated account by specifying the account number.

The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment will be made in advance.

Please make payment within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation email from us.

・Credit card

You can use credit card payment (lump/split), Shopify Payment, Amazon Pay.

The credit cards that can be used are as follows.

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, AMEX

The number of payments can be made in one lump sum, 3 times, 5 times, 6 times, 10 times, 12 times, 15 times, 18 times, 20 times, 24 times, revolving payment, and lump sum payment for DINERS.

* Depending on the customer's contract status, it may not be available.

・About Shopify Payment

Smooth payment is possible using the usual Rakuten ID and password.

Rakuten points can be used and accumulated.

* You can select it on the order procedure screen.

・About Amazon Pay

This is a service that allows you to shop using your Amazon registration information.

You can pay and place orders using your credit card information and address registered with Amazon.

* You can select it on the order procedure screen.

*Even if the order has been completed with Amazon Pay, the payment has not been completed, so depending on the card information used by the customer, it may be canceled.

In that case, please check the expiration date, lack of credit, etc., and perform the procedure again.

[About procedure]

You will receive an email from the ROUQUE online shop within one business day of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

* It will be sent separately from the automatic order confirmation email.

Changes or cancellations cannot be made after the order confirmation email has been sent. Thank you for your understanding.

[When the order and the transfer information do not match]

In the following cases, if there is no application, the ROUQE online shop will judge that the transfer has not been made, and the order may be canceled after a certain period of time.

・If the transfer name is different from the orderer

・If the billed amount and the transferred amount are different

If there is a discrepancy between the order information and the transfer information, please contact us using the inquiry form below.

[About receipt]

If you wish to issue a receipt, please write "receipt request" in the remarks column on the confirmation screen when ordering.

A "receipt" is stipulated as a "correspondence" under the Postal Law and the Correspondence Delivery Law, so it cannot be sent together with the product (courier service, etc.). I will mail it separately.

We do not reissue receipts.

The amount will be the price of the product, the shipping fee, and the handling fee.

If you pay by credit card, Shopify payment, or Amazon Pay, revenue stamps will not be affixed even if you purchase more than 50,000 yen. Thank you for your understanding.

6. About returns and exchanges

■ Due to the characteristics of the design, we make it to order, so we cannot accept returns, changes, or cancellations due to customer's convenience after the order is confirmed (after the order confirmation email is sent). Please note.

■ In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, please be sure to contact us by email within 7 days from the date of delivery and return the product by cash on delivery.
